With global experience in project and business management, Heath is a seasoned professional in business and technology transformation.

Heath joined Seisma in 2021 when the company he co-founded was acquired, bringing with him diverse experience from roles across Australia, China, and Dubai.

With 24 years of experience, he’s driven transformation for large corporations and private enterprises, delivering sustainable improvements for global clients in sectors like financial services, telecommunications, insurance, property development, recruiting, aviation, and recreation.

A passionate advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality, Heath also leads Seisma’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, championing initiatives in Carbon Neutrality and Community Giving.

Our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Chris, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Joining Seisma in April 2021 with extensive experience in the technology sector, Chris spent several years at ASX-listed RXP Services Limited.

Prior to RXP, he was a Senior Manager in the Business Assurance division at Grant Thornton, advising ASX-listed and global enterprises across Australia and the UK.

Chris ensures our financial operations align with our growth strategy and oversees our Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Bryce leads our Simplification practice with experience delivering large-scale business transformations.

Bryce leads our Simplification team that helps clients maximise the value of their infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technologies. Bringing 15 years of experience in technology delivery, he has a strong background in Agile methodologies and a recent focus on containerisation platform builds. Bryce has a proven ability to manage complex projects and programs, and build high-performing teams.

Ben has 25 years of experience in IT, mostly in advising clients on strategy and how to plan and execute transformation programs.

Amol spearheads Seisma's strategic direction and fuels our vision for our engineering and technology division.

With over 25 years of experience, Amol is a seasoned innovator who thrives on solving business challenges. A tech enthusiast at heart, he excels at building client relationships and leading high-performing teams.

His expertise spans consulting, leadership, delivery, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on large-scale banking systems built on digital and cloud-first principles. From Australian banks to Oracle Financial Services, Amol’s leadership journey has left a lasting mark on the tech landscape.

Michael brings a broad skill set across software development, IT operations, strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, and senior management.

He has crafted IT strategies and enterprise architectures for public and private sector organizations, spanning State Government, Financial Services, Tertiary Education, and Natural Resources.

Warwick is a seasoned ICT leader heading Seisma’s Modernisation team in New Zealand, where he drives outstanding services, solutions, and experiences for our clients and teams.

With over 30 years in IT across public and private sectors, Warwick has held key leadership roles, including customer-centric initiatives at Spark and strategic leadership at Transpower.

He thrives on tackling complex challenges, collaborating with teams to build shared understanding, chart a clear path forward, and arrive at impactful solutions together.

Michael has built a reputation for delivering results in the general insurance sector.

More recently he has extended this across a diverse range of market segments, overseeing large transformation programs.

Rahul brings expertise in consulting, development, testing, large-scale transformations, and governance, always driving ROI for his clients. A member of AICD and the Project Management Institute, he upholds the ethical values and strong delivery and risk management skills these organisations represent.

Daniel is an experienced Analyst, Consultant, and Implementation Manager at Smartapps, with over 15 years of experience working with Melbourne businesses.

He covers the entire project delivery lifecycle, from scoping and discovery to solution design and implementation, with a particular focus on enterprise application development and Salesforce cloud solutions.

Over the past 9 years, Daniel has led several Government Salesforce projects, ranging from CRM implementations to complex contract and application management solutions. Prior to its acquisition in 2021, Daniel was a director at Smartapps.

Matt focuses on strengthening Seisma’s relationships and alliances with strategic partners while driving sales growth for the Data and AI practice.

Matt joined Seisma through the acquisition of Data Addiction, where he was a partner.

Her role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, change management, rewards and recognition, performance management, and learning and development.

With a proven track record of implementing global initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, India, the US, and the Middle East, Cristal has worked in diverse industries, including IT professional services, energy, telecommunications, and law.

As part of the Seisma journey since 2017, Mark has played a key role in its evolution.

With 20 years of IT consulting and delivery experience, Mark has worked closely with niche clients on greenfield solutions and as a National Account Director for enterprise clients. He has delivered a range of services and solutions across multiple locations, skill sets, and client business units.

Mark is passionate about ensuring Seisma focuses on driving successful opportunities and engagements. He believes our success as a team is measured by our ability to exceed client expectations and create growth opportunities.

Outside of work, Mark balances family life and caring for two mini schnauzers. When time permits, he enjoys early mornings on the water, fishing with friends and family before the sun rises.

Linda is an experienced, detail-oriented Bid Manager with a structured yet personable approach.

With over 40 years in the IT industry, she has held various roles and thrives as part of high-functioning teams, always motivated to achieve excellent outcomes.

Having worked for IT software, services, and consulting firms, Linda brings a wealth of experience in bid management and project management. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, photography, exercising, solving jigsaw puzzles, cooking, socialising, and reading.

Sarah embarked on a dynamic career starting in customer service and management within hotels, where she earned a degree in Hotel and Business Management.

She later transitioned to the role of Brand and State Sales Manager at Freedom Kitchens, where she honed her skills in sales, brand management, and leadership.

Driven by a passion for relationship-building, Sarah moved into recruitment, gaining valuable insights into the tech and professional services industries.

These experiences led to her current role as Financial Services Account Manager and Team Lead at Seisma, where she focuses on account management, client relationships, and leading a dynamic team.

John Matti brings to the table over 10 years experience within the customer service, sales and recruitment industry. His responsibilities and duties include building and fostering strong relationships with existing Clients and Consultants.

John loves working with people, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver the best tailored outcome for each individual.

Outside of Seisma he enjoys socialising, playing tennis and is kept busy with his other hobby as a Marriage Celebrant.

Ross brings over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong ability to build and foster lasting relationships with clients and consultants alike. He takes pride in understanding each client’s unique needs and building genuine rapport to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys networking, keeping fit and active, and stays busy with his passion for food vlogging, where he shares his culinary experiences.

Jian joined Seisma in 2019 and has since taken charge of the Group Talent function, leading a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition specialists.

His primary responsibility is driving Seisma’s growth in Australia and New Zealand by attracting, engaging, and retaining the best technology talent for Seisma and its customers.
