With global experience in project and business management, Heath is a seasoned professional in business and technology transformation.

Heath joined Seisma in 2021 when the company he co-founded was acquired, bringing with him diverse experience from roles across Australia, China, and Dubai.

With 24 years of experience, he’s driven transformation for large corporations and private enterprises, delivering sustainable improvements for global clients in sectors like financial services, telecommunications, insurance, property development, recruiting, aviation, and recreation.

A passionate advocate for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality, Heath also leads Seisma’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, championing initiatives in Carbon Neutrality and Community Giving.

Our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Chris, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Joining Seisma in April 2021 with extensive experience in the technology sector, Chris spent several years at ASX-listed RXP Services Limited.

Prior to RXP, he was a Senior Manager in the Business Assurance division at Grant Thornton, advising ASX-listed and global enterprises across Australia and the UK.

Chris ensures our financial operations align with our growth strategy and oversees our Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Colin has extensive global experience in Delivery and leading Consulting Practices.

A career of 35+ years spanning across Transformation and modernisation with specialisation in Government IT strategy, Financial Services Fraud prevention and Risk Management, AML, Crime Prevention and Public Safety, Analytics and AI.

With an emphasis on Delivery Excellence and nurturing enduring client relationships he holds a passion for working collaboratively within teams on Complex challenges.

Sarah is an experienced consulting and operations manager, skilled in leading project teams and managing client relationships.

She plays a key role in coordinating delivery, supporting consultants, and ensuring clients stay informed and engaged. With steady leadership and clear communication, Sarah keeps teams aligned and builds long-term, trusted relationships. Her background in operations and finance makes her a trusted link between delivery teams and stakeholders.

Cristal joined Seisma in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in people and culture strategy.

Her role covers a broad range of responsibilities, including driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, change management, rewards and recognition, performance management, and learning and development.

With a proven track record of implementing global initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, India, the US, and the Middle East, Cristal has worked in diverse industries, including IT professional services, energy, telecommunications, and law.

Jennifer is a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing professional with over 16 years of experience.

With a proven track record in shaping and executing marketing and brand strategies, campaigns, and events, Jenn has driven impact, growth, and business success across various industries.

Her career spans banking, technology, and IT professional services, where she has led both local and global marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.

At Seisma she splits her time between managing and executing brand and marketing activities for ANZ, and delivering content, sales/account-based marketing, and curating thought-leadership events for Seisma.

Jian joined Seisma in 2019 and has since taken charge of the talent function, leading a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition specialists.

His primary responsibility is driving Seisma’s growth in Australia and New Zealand by attracting, engaging, and retaining the best technology talent for Seisma and its customers.
