Seisma has been proudly serving the IT services space since 2004, starting as a small augmentation company and evolving into a dynamic part of a larger group. Recognising our expertise, Liverpool Partners invested in Seisma in 2020, fuelling a period of growth and expansion.
That same year, we welcomed CoIB, a leader in cloud migration and workplace modernisation, adding to our cloud expertise. In July 2021, Smartapps joined us, enhancing our capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem and bringing talented new team members across Australia and New Zealand.
By September 2021, Braestone became part of Seisma, adding a skilled team from Western Australia specializing in business analysis and intelligent systems architecture—perfectly complementing our core services.
Continuing our growth in New Zealand, we acquired Fronde in October 2022, enabling us to expand our reach with government, utility, and enterprise clients across the region.
In June 2023, Data Addiction joined Seisma, strengthening our data and AI capabilities. Based in Sydney, this team of data scientists, engineers, and consultants brings invaluable expertise to help us deliver cutting-edge solutions.
More recently the acquisition of Q1 Group in March 2024 added Cyber Security to our capabilities. Allowing us to innovate securely in line with Australian and global regulatory environments
