As we celebrate this milestone, it’s essential to reflect on how far we’ve come. From expanding our service offerings to adopting innovative technologies, our team has been at the forefront of the IT revolution. Strategic Acquisitions: Enhancing Our Offerings

In recent years, strategic acquisitions have played a crucial role in broadening our services and strengthening our market presence. The acquisition of Online One prior to its resale was a pivotal moment for our companies Modernisation practice, enabling us to become the top NetSuite reseller in New Zealand for several years. This partnership not only enhanced our capabilities in cloud-based enterprise resource planning but also reinforced our commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

In 2020, Liverpool Partners invested in Seisma, marking another significant milestone in our journey. This investment provided us with the resources to expand our capabilities and accelerate growth, enabling us to enhance our service offerings and better meet our clients' unique challenges.

Following this, Seisma continued to diversify through acquisitions, including coIB, Smartapps, Braestone, Fronde, and Data Addiction, enhancing our services and expertise across several key areas. coIB added Cloud, Infrastructure and Workplace Modernisation to our capabilities, as well as expanding our presence into NSW. The addition of Smartapps strengthened our Salesforce capabilities, while Braestone expanded our presence in Western Australia, enhancing our Strategy & Architecture practice. The acquisition of Fronde further bolstered our modernisation services, particularly in New Zealand, allowing us to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions, including expertise in AWS and Google technologies. Data Addiction contributed specialised knowledge in Microsoft technologies, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, enabling us to deliver advanced solutions that harness the power of data and AI.

More recently, the acquisition of Q1 Group in March 2024 added a critical cybersecurity dimension to our capabilities. This acquisition allows us to innovate securely in line with  regulatory environments, providing our clients with the confidence that their data and systems are protected.
